I worked with Laura Sinclair who was nothing short of excellent. There were a couple of challenges during the closing process and Laura handled them with ease. Throughout the whole process she kept us in the loop with frequent communication. When our home was set to record on a on her off day she coordinated with her colleague Cris also at Raintown to deliver the keys to us. I couldn't ask for a better experience. All the realtors at Raintown have done nothing but work hard for us and I would recommend them to anyone who has real-estate needs.

Even though things didn't work out during the initial attempt, Joe kept contact and when my family decided to embark on the home buying process again, he was ready to assist. Joe put our interests first. He was flexible and always punctual to house viewings, communicated in a timely manner on all aspects of the home buying process, recommended vendors to work with while letting us make our choice and understood the nitty gritty of the contracts while always willing to consult when needed. Also, he was very detail oriented which made sure everything got into our hands in the expected condition. For instance, the day before we closed, we swung by the property for a final look only to find the seller's side had made a last minute repair (good but without communicating to us) and the backyard had been damaged. He was able to reach out to the sellers side and we were able to get some credit to fix it. Above all, he was a tough negotiator who represented our interests and saved us money. I'd highly recommend Joe and will work with him again in future.

Each time has been fantastic. As someone new to living in the USA, she was able to explain all the nuance and detail of how property purchases work here, as well as give great advice for how to approach submitting offers. Would unquestionably purchase property through her again.

This latest transaction is a good example. The housing market is what it is, you can't always control how the world trends. Time is something i will never get back and pausing life goals has a different value trade off for everyone. Everyone at raintown seems to understand this and took the time to understand where my tradeoff point was. I especially have to call out Greg Elwin, sticking with us every step of the way, despite knowing it was going to be a uphill battle. Many months of looking for the right piece of land or home, meeting us out in the rain, mud, and far corners to see various places. Then months of trying to sell my old place in a declining housing market. The feedback we got was the staging was great, home and updates also good, but ultimately we were playing in a uncertain market. Still everyone at Raintown kept at it, continuous showings and advertisement, talking within the company about different creative strategies to use for my sale, and never making me feel like they'd given up on me. I go back to Raintown for the trust and people. They don't get lucky they work hard and faithfully. I believe they have your best interest at heart to. In the beginning trying to figure out what we wanted, Rob and Hannah had gone through months of back and forth with my wife and I. Despite the heavy investment into us, they double down and brought in Greg to match our niche dream in mind. This is another reason i would both recommend and go back to Raintown, there was always a team supporting us.

Our realtor, Divya, was incredibly punctual, professional, and informative in a process that could otherwise have been incredibly confusing. I couldn't recommend her enough. But Raintown really went above and beyond for us when we needed it most. We ended up in an unfortunate situation where our seller didn't move out when they were supposed to. Despite us having already closed the home, and them having no legal obligation to help us, they continued to serve as a liaison between us and the listing agent and seller. They went as far as to pay money out of pocket to help us get the seller out of the home. They did not rest until they knew we were in the home. Even then they helped us organize cleaners and junkers that we needed to help get things in order after we moved in. So long as I live in the Seattle area, I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and I will absolutely be back in the future when we sell this home.

Clint assisted in selling my condo and every step of the way he kept me in informed. Clint utilized his marketing resources to get the condo in escrow in less than 5-days. Clint is knowledgeable. When a question or problem came up, he advised me with in-depth information. Whether it’s day or night, a quick text or call, Clint makes himself available to assist. His focus is to make dreams come true for buyers and sellers.

We had pretty much abandoned the idea to find a home that we liked, but Scott’s customer focus and resilience helped us find an unexpected dream home. Despite criteria that made the search even tougher, Scott kept looking for opportunities that would fit our family. And even after several “no” from us, he didn’t stop. . There is always something that can be better or more efficient. However, with Laura Sinclair, she's earned so much more than 5 stars. This was my first time buying a home. I was exceptionally nervous and really leaned on and appreciated Laura's experience. I started working with Laura over a year ago, and from the beginning, she's entertained all my ideas and truly helped me find a place I get to call home. If your looking for a fast responder, knowledgeable realator, and someone who's willing to make your last minuet property visits a priority then hit up Laura she will have your back during what can be a stressful situation.
